In 2009, whilst still running a local village pub we decided to explore a new venture in the world of mobile and event bars, hence Premier Event Bars was founded. With over 37 years of experience in the hospitality industry it has been a pleasure to use my knowledge and experience to grow the business, and I am proud to now manage a highly successful business operation that is recognised on a national scale with a strong and established client base. I am extremely thankful to work alongside such a dedicated and loyal team that will always go the extra mile in order to deliver the best possible service for each and every one of our customers. Regardless of the type of event, I have complete assurance that my team will strive to meet and maintain the high and professional standards that we pride ourselves on as a company.

Premier Event Bars has definitely taken us on an adventure since it was founded in 2009. From initially starting the business along with Mark, it has been great to see the company expand to become a leading bar provider. As a company we are focused on delivering a high quality and professional service for all of our clients and events, and we always ensure every detail is accounted for not matter how big or small! For me it is always important that our clients have a smile on their face after using our services and therefore we always strive to go the extra mile to ensure every event is executed to the highest standard.
Operations Manager
I first joined Premier as a seasonal member of staff, over 10 years ago, and now they can’t get rid of me. Just like when you find that perfect pint in a nearby pub and decide that from then on, that’ll be “your local”. My aim is to make sure that is what you’ll find at all our bars – the best selection of beers, treated with respect, and perfectly pulled. If I wouldn’t drink it, I wouldn’t expect you to either!
Operations Supervisor
My role at Premier Event Bars has been challenging and exciting. We have very high standards and deliver an impeccable bar experience on every event. I enjoy working at small villages fates or large pop concerts, as all of our jobs are tailored specifically to your needs and requirements! Every event is handled with care, compassion and an understanding to deliver a truly professional experience and I love the diversity of all our events. Working as a team is always a pleasure and there’s never a dull moment at Premier Event Bars!
Staff Co-ordinator
From being a service assistant to now being responsible for the recruitment, co-ordination and distribution of the company’s staff, I have loved watching the business grow significantly over recent years. Personally, I believe our team is the very heart and soul of Premier Event Bars and that is why I love working to develop and maintain great relationships with all of our staff in order to build a happy and productive workforce. I really value taking the time to get to know our team members and I really hope every individual who works with us can have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. It is always fantastic to see so many staff returning to work with us year on year, and we are incredibly grateful to have such an amazing and hard-working team!
Senior Bar Supervisor
Having known Mark and Sharon for many years now, I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Premier team for a long time. As a team we work together strongly in order to deliver a high level of service at every event, and it is great to work alongside such a varied and professional team. Taking a leading role on any of the bars is always a rewarding task, and it is important to me that every customer that comes to our bars is met and provided with efficient and excellent service every time.
Service Assistant
As the youngest member of the Premier Event Bars team, I am fortunate to accompany the organisation to several of its events throughout the year in order to help with the overall running and operation of the bars. My typical responsibilities will often include re-stocking the bar, cleaning the bar service spaces, tidying the customer areas and moving stock between bars. Along with being a Service Assistant for Premier Event Bars, I am also heavily involved in the operation and management of Lubi Lou’s Vintage Ice Cream Van! I thoroughly enjoy running the van at many of its events, along with promoting it through its various social media pages.
